Long Worm Fishing Success

Have you ever enjoyed some good old fishing? Well if you have then you know that the plastic worm is the classic fishing bait that out fishes any other lure or bait...if you know how to use it.  Well, when considering this fact we have fished for a long time with worms and decided that the long worm was the best of the best! When we say long worm, we mean a worm that is at least 7 inches or longer. It does not matter if it is classic green or red shad. What we are really after when going after a big bass is the long worm that comes in from 7 to 12 inches. You do not even need a weight to fish with this type of worm. We recommend fishing this with about a 10 pound test line and either a baitcating reel or a spin cast reel. Aside from that we would say that you should fish the long worm slow.
